Shrimp Mold Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. finely minced cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Peel, devein and chop the shrimp and celery.
- Set these 2 things aside.
- Then, in a large bowl, cream the cheese and mayonnaise together.
- Add in the gelatin and seasonings; add in celery and shrimp.
- Blend well.
- Pour into a greased 1 1/2-qt mold and refrigerateseveral hrs.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
- May be wrapped and frzn.
