Shrimp Mold Recipe

  1. Peel, devein and chop the shrimp and celery.
  2. Set these 2 things aside.
  3. Then, in a large bowl, cream the cheese and mayonnaise together.
  4. Add in the gelatin and seasonings; add in celery and shrimp.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-qt mold and refrigerateseveral hrs.
  7. Serve with your favorite crackers.
  8. May be wrapped and frzn.
