Chocolate Dipped Ritz Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

• Ritz Crackers
• peanut butter
• chocolate almond bark

1. Sandwich 1 tsp.
2. peanut butter between two Ritz crackers.
3. Make as many as you want and set aside.
4. Heat chocolate bark in a double boiler.
5. Dip the sandwiched crackers in the chocolate with tongs.
6. Place on wax paper till cold.
7. White Chocolate Almond Bark may also be used).
8. Cook's Note: Goes well with Chocolate Dipped Pretzels!
