Julie's Chili Rice

  1. Brown ground beef, garlic, and oregano in a large frying pan over medium high heat until cooked through.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add tomato sauce, black beans, Rotel tomatoes, cayenne pepper and chili powder.
  4. (The more cayenne pepper used, the hotter the dish.)
  5. Stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Increase heat until liquid starts to bubble.
  7. Stir in cooked rice and reduce heat.
  8. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve.
