Chinese Spare Ribs Recipe
- 4 lbs. fresh spareribs, sliced into individual ribs
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- For Faberware Broiler: Rack Position - High.
- Time - 45 to 50 min.
- For Barbecue: Broil over low flame, turning often.
