Meatless Meat Balls Recipe

  1. Blend tofu, egg, pine nuts, artichoke, cheese, tomato and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  2. SautA onion with garlic till translucent and add to mixture.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Form into 1 inch balls.
  5. Brown in olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Place in baking dish, cover with spaghetti sauce and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
