Shortbread Cookies Recipe

  1. Combine flour, sugar, and cornstarch; cut in Butter Blend till crumbly.
  2. Shape into ball.
  3. Knead 4 min.
  4. Divide in half; wrap and refrigerate30 min.
  5. Roll each half to 1/4 inch thickness on floured surface.
  6. Cut into shapes and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 min or possibly lightly browned.
  8. Cold and drizzle with melted chocolate.
