Shortbread Cookies Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. Blue Bonnet Butter Blend
- 3 (1 ounce.) sqs. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- Combine flour, sugar, and cornstarch; cut in Butter Blend till crumbly.
- Shape into ball.
- Knead 4 min.
- Divide in half; wrap and refrigerate30 min.
- Roll each half to 1/4 inch thickness on floured surface.
- Cut into shapes and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 min or possibly lightly browned.
- Cold and drizzle with melted chocolate.
