Lime Berry Cream Squares

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.
  3. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes; cool completely.
  5. Combine gelatin and boiling water in bowl.
  6. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  7. Stir in yogurt using whisk.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  9. Add 1 cup whipping cream to gelatin mixture.
  10. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  11. Pour over cooled crust.
  12. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
  13. Combine berries and warm jelly in bowl.
  14. Cut dessert into squares; place onto individual serving plates.
  15. Top each serving with about 1/2 cup berry mixture and 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
  16. *Substitute Land O Lakes Half & Half.
  17. **Substitute 2 tablespoons red current jelly or other fruit jelly.
