Sour Cream Cookies Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
• 1 c. shortening
• 2 c. white sugar
• 3 Large eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 5 c. flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Roll dough on floured board and cut with cutter.
4. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 min.
5. Ice when cold.
6. Makes 7 dozen.
