Spring Fling Fruit Tart

  1. COMBINE flour and brown sugar, stir well to blend; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; knead until well blended.
  2. Press onto the bottom and 1/2 in.
  3. (1.5 cm) up sides of a 10 in.
  4. (25 cm) flan pan with removable bottom.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. BEAT cream cheese, sugar and rind in large mixing bowl on medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
  8. Fold in whipped cream; pour into crust.
  9. Chill until firm.
  10. JUST before serving arrange fruit on top of tart.
  11. Carefully remove rim of pan.
