Ham Sandwich with Nectarine Salsa

  1. Chop coarsely the nectarine, and chop onion and cilantro.
  2. Mix nectarine, onion, cilantro, and dressing with red pepper.
  3. Cut pita in half and fill halves with lettuce (1/8 pound = 1 cup lettuce), ham slices, and nectarine salsa mixture.
  4. Create Cool Yogurt Smoothie by placing yogurt, COOL WHIP, and blueberries (1/8 pound = 1/3 cup blueberries) into blender container; cover.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  6. For thinner consistency, add ice cubes.
