Ham Sandwich with Nectarine Salsa
- 1 nectarine
- 3 tsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/8 medium yellow onion
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1/16 tsp.
- 1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
- 1/8 lb. romaine lettuce leaf
- 3 slice OSCAR MAYER 96% Fat Free Honey Ham
- 1/2 vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 1/8 lb. frozen, unsweetened blueberries
- Chop coarsely the nectarine, and chop onion and cilantro.
- Mix nectarine, onion, cilantro, and dressing with red pepper.
- Cut pita in half and fill halves with lettuce (1/8 pound = 1 cup lettuce), ham slices, and nectarine salsa mixture.
- Create Cool Yogurt Smoothie by placing yogurt, COOL WHIP, and blueberries (1/8 pound = 1/3 cup blueberries) into blender container; cover.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- For thinner consistency, add ice cubes.
