Hot Sausage Casserole
- 1 lb hot breakfast sausage (any brand)
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 12 ounces Lipton Instant Chicken Soup Mix
- 1 lb Velveeta Mexican cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cube up your velveeta cheese.
- Brown sausage in skillet with onions and bell peppers.
- Set aside.
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add rice.
- Boil on med high for 10 minutes.
- Add both packages of noodle soup mix and boil another 10 minutes.
- Pour sausage,onions,and bell peppers into soup and rice.
- Add in cheese.
- Cut fire off.
- Stir til well mixed.
- Pour into casserole dish and bake until bubbling all over.
