Chicken Chili With Black Beans

  1. In a pot, saute chicken, peppers, onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in seasonings and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in beans, tomatoes and beer; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
  5. Stirring often.
  6. *I have done this in the 15 minute time frame, and leaving it simmer all afternoon - either way is good.
