Onion Okonomiyaki
- 3 medium Onion
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 300 grams Okonomiyaki flour
- 150 ml Water
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, bonito flakes
- 2 Eggs
- Chop the onion.
- The picture shows how finely to chop.
- Mix the flour, water, and egg together.
- Be careful!
- Regardless of the amount of onions, do not add more water.
- Add the onions and lightly mix into the batter.
- Leave the batter to rest for about 1 hour.
- Extra water will seep out of the onions during this time.
