Brunch Pie Recipe

  1. Fry sausages, slice and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients (except the cheese) in a bowl and whip with a wire whisk.
  4. Pour into the skillet and cook on low heat, stirring with a fork till the Large eggs are cooked, but still soft.
  5. Pour the mix into a 9-inch pie shell.
  6. Place sausages on top of the egg mix, top with cheese, and place under the broiler till the cheese is melted, about 3-4 min.
