Tiny Chocolate Cones

  1. To make the cones:- Cut twenty-five 9cm foil squares.
  2. Fold each diagonally in half to make a triangle.
  3. Hold each triangle with the long side towards you.
  4. Bring lower right point over to meet top point.
  5. Roll left side of foil around right side to form a cone with a tight point at the bottom; secure with tape.
  6. Repeat with the other squares.
  7. Place chocolate and butter in a medium bowl.
  8. Heat, covered on HIGH 2 - 2 1/2 minutes, or until melted.
  9. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
  10. Stir in cream and vanilla.
  11. Set the bowl over iced water; beat mixture until fluffy.
  12. Fold in nuts, keeping 1 Tbsp.
  13. Spoon the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a medium star tube; pipe into foil cones.
  14. Sprinkle with reserved nuts.
  15. Put in the refrigerator for a least 1 hour or until set.
