Cool Whip Grave Yard Dessert

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. Prepare a 9x13x2 inch pan with cooking spray and flour.
  3. To prepare crust, combine 2 cups cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and margarine in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Press firmly into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and then chill.
  6. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, remaining sugar, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip in a mixing bowl.
  7. In another mixing bowl, combine boiling water into gelatin until completely dissolved.
  8. Mix cold water and ice cubes together to make 1 1/2 cups.
  9. Stir ice water into gelatin until thickened.
  10. Remove any remaining ice cubes.
  11. Spoon gelatin over cream cheese layer.
  12. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  13. Spread remaining Cool Whip over gelatin layer.
  14. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
