Chicken N Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Butter 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
  2. Place rice in dish.
  3. Blend together salt, both cans of soup, lowfat milk, celery, onions and pimento.
  4. Pour over rice.
  5. Salt and pepper chicken to taste and place over soup mix.
  6. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
