Chicken N Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 ounce. jar minced pimento
- 1 chicken, uncooked
- Butter 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
- Place rice in dish.
- Blend together salt, both cans of soup, lowfat milk, celery, onions and pimento.
- Pour over rice.
- Salt and pepper chicken to taste and place over soup mix.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
