Easy Cheesy Queso
- 16 oz Mexican Velveeta Cheese
- 32 oz Sharp Cheddar Velveeta Cheese
- 2 can Rotel (10oz Cans)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- tbsp Spicy Montreal Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- You will need:
- Slice your Velveeta Cheese's
- Try not to break your favorite knife while doing it.
- Throw the sliced cheese's, Rotel, and cream of mushroom soup in a crock pot.
- (You can also do this over the stove top in a large pot)
- Turn the crock pot on high heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, put the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle with the Montreal Seasoning and Onion Powder.
- Heat until thoroughly cooked.
- Drain grease and throw in the crock pot and mix in with the cheese mix.
- Turn the crock pot on low and heat until all cheese is melted.
- Stir occasionally.
- About 40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
