Salad Nicoise

  1. Toss beans, potatoes and onions with 1/2 of the dressing; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to marinate.
  3. Drain; discard marinade.
  4. For each serving: Place 1 cup potato mixture in center of lettuce-covered plate.
  5. Surround with 1/4 cup tuna, about 1/3 cup tomatoes and 1/4 cup olives.
  6. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing.
