Salad Nicoise
- 2-1/4 qt. Fresh green beans, blanched, drained
- 1-1/2 qt. red potatoes, cooked, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1-1/2 cups Red onions, sliced
- 3 cups KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing, divided
- 3 heads romaine lettuce
- 1-1/2 qt. Canned tuna, drained, flaked
- 2-1/4 qt. tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1-1/2 qt. Stuffed green or pitted black olives
- Toss beans, potatoes and onions with 1/2 of the dressing; cover.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- For each serving: Place 1 cup potato mixture in center of lettuce-covered plate.
- Surround with 1/4 cup tuna, about 1/3 cup tomatoes and 1/4 cup olives.
- Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing.
