Deviled Nut Ball Recipe
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce. each) cans Underwood deviled ham
- 12 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. liquid removed, crushed pineapple
- 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- Assorted crackers
- In a medium bowl, mix together ham and cream cheese.
- Stir in pineapple, green pepper, onion, and warm pepper sauce.
- Refrigerate2 - 3 hrs.
- On waxed paper, form mix into a ball or possibly log and roll in pecans and parsley to coat completely.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes 2 c. spread.
