3 Day Brisket
- 6 pounds Beef Brisket (or Close To It)
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 bottles Liquid Smoke (4 Ounce Bottle)
- 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (your Preference)
- Day 1: Sprinkle both sides of brisket with celery salt, onion powder and 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke.
- Wrap tightly in foil and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Day 2: Open up the foil and pour Worcestershire sauce on both sides of the brisket, then wrap tightly in foil again and bake at 275F for 4 hours.
- Refrigerate overnight again.
- Day 3: Drain off excess juices, then cut into slices across the grain.
- Wrap in clean foil and pour BBQ sauce on both sides.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 300F for 1-1/2 hours.
- Serve!
