3 Day Brisket

  1. Day 1: Sprinkle both sides of brisket with celery salt, onion powder and 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke.
  2. Wrap tightly in foil and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Day 2: Open up the foil and pour Worcestershire sauce on both sides of the brisket, then wrap tightly in foil again and bake at 275F for 4 hours.
  5. Refrigerate overnight again.
  6. Day 3: Drain off excess juices, then cut into slices across the grain.
  7. Wrap in clean foil and pour BBQ sauce on both sides.
  8. Wrap in foil and bake at 300F for 1-1/2 hours.
  9. Serve!
