Mexican Steak Recipe
- 3 lbs. beef chuck top blade steak
- 1 minced onion
- 1 can Ortega chili
- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1 healthy pinch cumin
- 1 healthy pinch oregano
- 1 dash garlic pwdr
- Salt & pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Water to dilute
- Use lg. skillet
- Cube steak, brown steak.
- Add in spices, cook meat till done, add in remaining ingredients and cook till water evaporates.
- For Chili Verde use pork.
- For Chili Pollos use chicken.
