One-Pot Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add heavy cream, vegetable broth and a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil and add pasta, baby spinach and smoked salmon.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through (check the instructions on the package).
  6. If its too thick, add a bit of hot water.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  8. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with salmon caviar.
  10. Enjoy!
