Easy Beef Stroganoff

  1. Brown the hamburger meat and chopped onions.
  2. Drain the cooked hamburger.
  3. Add both cans of soup and 1/2 cup of water.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and a shake of garlic powder to taste.
  5. Bring the sauce to a bubble, then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
  6. Turn off the heat and stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream.
  7. We usually just put a big dollop into the sauce, adding more to our taste.
  8. Spoon the sauce over cooked egg noddles.
  9. Enjoy!
