Creamy Orange Pineapple Gelatin Salad Recipe

• 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
• 3/4 c. boiling water
• 2 c. sm. marshmallows
• 3/4 c. chilled pineapple juice
• 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
• 1 c. finely shredded carrots
• 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

1. In medium saucepan, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add in marshmallows.
2. Over low heat, cook and stir till marshmallows heat.
3. Remove from heat; pour into medium mixing bowl.
4. Add in pineapple juice; mix well.
5. Refrigeratefor 1 hour or possibly till slightly thickened.
6. Add in pineapple and carrot; mix well.
7. Mix in whipped cream.
