Taste of Home Plum-Glazed Country Ribs

  1. Place ribs in two ungreased 13-in.
  2. x 9-in.
  3. baking dishes.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes; drain.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Set aside 3/4 cup sauce for serving.
  9. Brush ribs with some of the remaining sauce.
  10. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes or until ribs are tender, turning and basting frequently with remaining sauce.
  11. Serve with reserved sauce.
