Toasted Marshmallow Sauce

  1. BRING the cream to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. REDUCE the heat and stir in the marshmallow cream until smooth.
  3. REMOVE from the heat and stir in the vanilla and bottled smoke.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
