Remoulade Sauce
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup red onions, diced 1/8-inch
- 2 tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 3 tsp. freshly chopped tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp. Tabasco, to taste
- Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for 1 hour for flavors to blend and serve.
