Leftover Turkey Club Sandwich
- 12 slices bread white or whole wheat
- 1 x mayonnaise as needed
- 1 x romaine lettuce as needed
- 1 x tomatoes sliced, as needed
- 2 slices bacon crispy, on each toast
- 2 ounces turkey leftover, cooked and sliced, 2 ounces (60 grams) on each toast
- Toast 12 slices white or whole wheat bread, spread 1 side of each with mayonnaise.
- Top 4 of the slices with romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, 2 slices crispy bacon, and about 2 ounces sliced cooked turkey.
- Top each with second bread slice and repeat layers.
- Top with remaining bread.
- Secure with toothpicks; cut into triangles.
