Leftover Turkey Club Sandwich

  1. Toast 12 slices white or whole wheat bread, spread 1 side of each with mayonnaise.
  2. Top 4 of the slices with romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, 2 slices crispy bacon, and about 2 ounces sliced cooked turkey.
  3. Top each with second bread slice and repeat layers.
  4. Top with remaining bread.
  5. Secure with toothpicks; cut into triangles.
