Pinto Beans With Ham Hocks

  1. Rinse beans and remove stones.
  2. Soak in 5 cups of water overnight.
  3. Place beans and water into 7-8 quart slow cooker.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. Remove hocks.
  7. Cool.
  8. Remove meat from hocks, cut into small pieces, and stir into beans.
