Chicken Rice Tomato Soup Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion, garlic and parsley in 4 Tbsp.
  2. oil.
  3. Add in tomatoes and cook 15-20 min.
  4. Add in rice, broth and herbs.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer till rice is tender, 25-30 min.
  6. Serve.
