Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour; mix well.
  4. Stir in chocolate and cranberries.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  6. Bake 10 to 14 min.
  7. or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool 5 min.
  9. on baking sheets.
  10. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
