Linguine with crab chilli and watercress

  1. Boil water for pasta
  2. Garlic cloves mashed into a paste
  3. Add deseeded chilli and mix well
  4. Add crab meat mix with a fork gently
  5. Add In oil to mixture
  6. Add zest and juice of lemon to mixture
  7. Cook pasta as per instructions ,once done drain well
  8. Pour in crab mixture over pasta gently mix in
  9. Tear up watercress and toss into crab and linguine
  10. Serve in warmed bowls
