Fried Chicken Joy

  1. pound chicken breast thin
  2. add 2 tbls of water to beaten egg
  3. add salt and pepper to egg mixture
  4. smother breast in egg mixture
  5. heat oil to 375F
  6. mix panko, flour, and BBQ seasoning
  7. dredge breast in flour mixture
  8. fry breast 4 minutes on each side
  9. slice roll, toast and coat both sided with stone ground mustard
  10. allow breast to rest for 5 mins then assemble sandwich
