Mexican 7 Layer Dip
- 1 cup Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cups Black Olives Sliced
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- Place black beans in an 8 or 9-inch baking dish (I used a 9-inch round dish, but an 8x8 inch square dish works just as well).
- Mash the beans with a fork and spread them to cover the bottom of the dish.
- Spread sour cream on top of the beans, then salsa, then guacamole.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the guacamole layer and top with chopped bell pepper and black olives.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
