Delicious Breakfast Quiche

  1. Dice your half onion, chop your meat, and slice your mushrooms as preparation.
  2. pour enough olive oil to cover your large sauce pan over a medium heat.
  3. First, add the onions in, give them a couple minutes to start.
  4. Next, you'll add in your meat and mushrooms to the pan.
  5. Let them sit for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. When you're ready go ahead and add the spinach leaves to the mix, and mix this around really well.
  7. It doesn't need an incredibly long amount of time, just until the leaves begin to wilt.
  8. When that looks good, take it off the heat and set it aside for now.
  9. Get a medium mixing bowl and add in the eggs, cream, milk, and grated cheese.
  10. Season it generously.
  11. Give this a decent stir, make sure you've broken the yolks and mixed it around nicely enough that you can see the slight yellow tint.
  12. Now add your pan ingredients to the egg mixture, and stir it together nicely.
  13. Pour this into your pie crust.
  14. You may or may not be able to use all the mixture, I wasn't.
  15. If you'd like, take some of the remaining pan ingredients and decorate the top like pictured.
  16. put this into your 350F Fahrenheit pre heated oven, for about 30 minutes.
  17. It will probably take longer, but make sure to check.
  18. If you give it a slight wiggle and the middle doesn't seem settled while the edges start to brown (like mine did) take it out and carefully cover its edges with some foil.
  19. Mine took ~45 min.
