Tuna Mousse Recipe
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- 2 env. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cool water
- In food processor (use shredding blade) and chop onion and celery; switch to blending blade and add in tuna - blend.
- Add in cream cheese and mayonnaise in small batches and blend.
- Heat soup, add in gelatin till it dissolves.
- Add in to other ingredients - blend.
- Pour into loaf pan or possibly mold and chill.
- Serve with crackers.
