Sour Cream Noodle Bake

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. narrow noodles
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
• 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
• 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
• 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
• 1 can chopped green onions
• 1 can grated Cheddar cheese

1. Cook noodles according to package; drain.
2. Saute beef in butter.
3. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce to meat; simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles.
5. Place a layer of noodle mixture in a shallow 2-quart casserole; top with meat mixture.
6. Repeat procedure.
7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
