Bacon Brunch Pie Recipe
- 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
- 1/4 c. (one 2-ounce jar) minced pimento, undrained
- 2 x Large eggs or possibly equivalent in egg substitute
- 1/2 c. Hormel Bacon Bits
- 3/4 c. (3-ounce) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a 9-inch pie plate with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine dry lowfat milk pwdr and water.
- Add in baking mix, undrained pimento and Large eggs.
- Mix well to combine.
- Stir in bacon bits, cheese, onion and black pepper.
- Spread batter into prepared pie plate.
- Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Place pie plate on a wire rack and let set for 5 min.
- Cut into 6 servings.
