Margarita Bites

• 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime, divided Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
• 1/4 cup tequila
• 1/2 tsp. flaked kosher salt

1. Spray JELL-O Party Mold lightly with cooking spray; place on tray.
2. Sprinkle zest evenly onto bottoms of molds.
3. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
4. until completely dissolved.
5. Stir in tequila and lime juice.
6. Refrigerate 20 min.
7. or until gelatin is thickened but not set.
8. Spoon gelatin mixture into prepared mold.
9. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
10. Run knife around edges of molds to loosen gelatin; unmold onto tray.
11. Garnish with salt.
