Blue Cheese And Walnut Ham Roll Recipe

• 1/2 pound blue cheese, room temperature
• 1/2 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/4 c. coarsely minced walnuts
• 2 tbsp. Kirschwasser
• 2 lbs. boiled ham, thinly sliced

1. Beat cheese and butter till creams.
2. Beat in walnuts and Kirschwasser; chill.
3. Spread on ham slices and roll lengthwise, according to slice of ham.
4. Secure with toothpick.
5. 25 ham rolls.
