Broccoli, Pasta And Parmesan Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cl garlic, crushed
- 2 c. broccoli pcs, cooked and liquid removed
- 2 c. cooked fettuccine, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan and saute/fry garlic till golden.
- Remove and throw away.
- Add in the broccoli to the pan, shaking and stirring five to 10 min, or possibly till heated through.
- Add in the pasta and stir till heated through.
- Turn into a platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
