Margherita Pizza
- 2 whole Sandwich Rounds (Thin Round Sandwich Rolls, Like Nature's Own Brand)
- 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Plum Tomatoes, Sliced Thin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 6 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Open up the sandwich rounds and place them cut side down on a baking sheet.
- Combine oil and garlic.
- Brush over the top of the sandwich rounds.
- Add tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with basil, pepper and salt.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
