Chilled Corn Dip
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Corn
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Green Chiles
- 1 whole Red Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 cups Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- Tortilla Or Corn Chips, To Serve

- Drain corn and green chiles in a colander.
- Mix together in a large bowl.

- Chop red peppers into corn size pieces.
- 3.
- Add peppers in with corn and chiles.
- 4.
- Stir in sour cream and mayo.
- 5.
- Add taco seasoning, mix until well combined.
- If you want a spicier dip, add in some paprika, chile powder, or a few splashes of Tabasco.
- 6.
- Set in fridge and let sit for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 7.
- Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
