Mananatini
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka (recommended: Fris)
- 3 ounces ginger beer, recipe follows
- 2 ounces mango puree
- 1/5 ounces sour mix, recipe follows
- Shake well then strain.
- 12 ounces fresh lime juice
- 6 ounces lemon-lime soda (recommended: 7-Up)
- 3 ounces sugar
- 3 ounces lemonade
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 3/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
- 6 cups boiling water
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried yeast
- Combine all ingredients, stir well and place in a large container.
- Seal tightly and leave at room temperature for 24 hours or more.
- Strain and refrigerate until completely chilled.
