The Colonels Baby Back Ribs
- 1 rack Pork Baby Back Ribs
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke, Or More To Taste
- Garlic Powder, To Taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Your Favorite Seasonings, To Taste
- Remove the membrane from the back of the rack of ribs (as best you can).
- Place the rack in the middle of a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle with seasonings (your favorite) and then sprinkle two or three teaspoons of liquid smoke on the meaty side of the ribs.
- Wrap tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and cook in a slow oven (250 to 300 degrees) for 3 or 4 hours.
- Ribs are ready when they are fork-falling-off-the-bone-tender.
- Serve as they are, or with your favorite BBQ sauce.
