Apricot, Brie, and Basil Sandwich

  1. Cut the personal sized loaf in half horizontally.
  2. If you want to make this for multiple people, you could pre-make the whole sandwich using more apricot jam, basil, and brie slices, then cut when finished.
  3. Spread the apricot jam on both sides of the sandwich.
  4. Layer brie with slightly overlapping pieces.
  5. Sprinkle julienned (long cut) basil on top of brie.
  6. Close and eat it up.
