Apricot, Brie, and Basil Sandwich
- 1 loaf Personal Size Ciabatta Roll
- 2 Tablespoons Apricot Jam
- 6 slices 1/3 Inch Thick Soft Brie Cheese
- 6 leaves Fresh Basil, Juliened
- Cut the personal sized loaf in half horizontally.
- If you want to make this for multiple people, you could pre-make the whole sandwich using more apricot jam, basil, and brie slices, then cut when finished.
- Spread the apricot jam on both sides of the sandwich.
- Layer brie with slightly overlapping pieces.
- Sprinkle julienned (long cut) basil on top of brie.
- Close and eat it up.
