Chocolate Biscotti
- 280 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 cup nuts
- 12 cup chocolate, chopped
- 12 cup syrup
- 12 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon almond essence
- Blend all the ingredients like listed above.
- You may need to add more flour or water.
- Divide your dough into 2 parts and form 2 strings, about 2 1/2 cm (1 1/2 inch) thick which means they are like 10x25 cm ( 4x10 ).
- Bake at 180AC (350AF) for 20 minutes.
- Take them out and let cool for 10 minutes and cut them into biscotti.
- Bake them for another 10 to 15 minutes (twotimesbaked).
- Enjoy with your cappuccino.
