Italian Salad Dressing
- 13 cup vinegar (any kind you prefer)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed or 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
- 14 teaspoon dried leaf basil
- 14 teaspoon dried mustard powder
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt or 18 teaspoon table salt
- 14 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
- 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 cup olive oil (or 1/4 cup canola oil and 1/4 c olive oil)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- Measure all ingredients into a small container with a tight fitting lid.
- Shake vigorously to thoroughly mix.
- Store in refrigerator and shake before using.
