Besan Flatbread

  1. Mix all dry ingedients with a whisk or fork, and add water and stir to desired thickness, adding more water or flour as needed.
  2. Prepare a 12" nonstick fry pan with as needed.
  3. Mine doesn't need oil, so I left that out of the recipe to avoid adding calories.
  4. Pour batter to the desired size (6", 9", or 12"), and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side.
